Ruth Hill is an ambitious new garden designer who found asylum from the daily commute by turning her love of plants into a full-time career.
Ruth completed her Royal Horticultural Society training at Writtle College in March 2005, before going on to reach the quarter finals of Channel 4's Great Garden Challenge in June of the same year.
In addition to working as a freelance garden designer in Brighton and the South East, Ruth is studying for her RHS Advanced Certificate in Horticulture.
Ruth specialises in urban gardens and courtyards and is currently building up her portfolio. If you would like her to design a garden for you – be it a lush urban jungle, sunny cottage garden or minimalist entertaining area - she will create a bespoke design and project manage the build of your new garden for a special reduced rate.
